At Car Rent Georgia, we strive to make the booking process simple and transparent. Please review our booking policies below:

1. Reservation & Payment
   • A valid driver's license and passport/ID are required for booking.
   • Payment can be made online or upon pickup via credit/debit card or cash.
   • A deposit may be required depending on the vehicle class and insurance option selected.
2. Booking Confirmation
   • Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with booking details.
   • Prices are final and include insurance, taxes, and any selected extras—no hidden fees.
   • Cancellation is possible at any time free of charge.
3. Modification & Cancellation
   • Free modifications can be made up to X hours before the rental period begins.
   • Cancellations made X hours before the rental start are eligible for a full/partial refund. (აირჩიეთ შესაბამისი)
   • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Pickup & Return
   • The car must be picked up and returned at the agreed time and location.
   • Late returns may incur additional charges unless arranged in advance.
5. Additional Drivers
   • Additional drivers must be registered in the rental agreement and meet all eligibility requirements
